This easy-going university town has sightseeing
opportunities galore. Its famous Münster is one of the
finest cathedrals in Germany. At the foot of its 380ft
steeple is a bustling open-air market square surrounded
by fine buildings. Nearby are cafés, restaurants and
shops.
From the square lead narrow streets and alleys just made
for the tourist to explore. And down one of them, near
the Swabian Gate, you will find a pub that claims to be
the oldest in Germany. |
